Orders & Notifications
In most cases, you should see an approximate restocking date on the product page.
In addition, you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications by clicking the 'Notify me when available' button on the product page. You will automatically be notified when the product returns in stock.
Scenario A: Your order has yet to be shipped:
Please email us at info@mominamodestwear.com with a list of the items you would like to add/remove. We will manually edit your order and add/remove the items.
Scenario B: Your order has been shipped already:
Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to edit it. You will need to place a new order for the additional items or start a return process for items you don't wish to keep.
In either case, we recommend you send us an email at info@mominamodestwear.com and we will be happy to assist you further.
Order confirmation emails are sent out automatically the moment you place your order.

- Double-check your inbox: With the influx of emails coming to our inboxes daily, it's easy to miss one. Search for these two keywords in your email search bar - 'Order' and 'Momina'.
- Check Spam/Junk: Although rare, these emails can sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder.
If you are still unable to find your order confirmation email, please email us at info@mominamodestwear.com with your full name and address, and we'll be happy to re-send the order confirmation email to you.
Shipping and tracking confirmation emails are sent automatically once your package is shipped. There is no need to panic if you placed your order within the last two business days.
If it has been two business days since you placed your order and you have not received any tracking emails, Please do the following:

You do not need to cancel your order if you simply need to make changes. Please review the FAQs above on how to make changes to your order.
If that is not the case and you want to cancel your order, please email us at info@mominamodestwear.com requesting an order cancellation.
Please ensure that you do this as soon as possible because once your order is processed and shipped out, we cannot cancel it. Your order will need to be processed as a return, and you will be liable for all related shipping charges.
Shipping
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $99 in Canada and United States.

If your order is less than $99, then we charge a flat rate of $4.99
Transit times depend on your location, but you can expect to receive your package between 2-9 business days.

If our shipping carriers have picked up your package, we cannot change the shipping address.

Your currency will automatically be updated based on your location. For example:

Products
All our products are custom-made and dyed in batches. Slight color variations can occur due to factors like temperature during the dyeing process.
However, we do our due diligence and update our product pictures to reflect any color changes from batch to batch.
We believe in slow fashion and to remain true to our commitment to sustainability, we curate and release new products twice a year.
We generally aim for a product release for Ramadhan with a second release close to the fall/winter season.
If you like a product that is sold out, check the product page. We generally have an approximate restocking date above the 'Add to cart' button.

Some products get discontinued and won't be restocked. These products are generally labelled 'Last Chance.'
We work with a number of partners and manufacturing facilities to create our products. The bulk of our products are produced in Pakistan and China, while some items are sourced from Turkey.
All our manufacturing partners are reputable, ethical and sweatshop-free facilities.

Returns & Exchanges
We meticulously inspect each item before shipping it out to our customers, but mistakes can happen.

Yes, we have a 14-day exchange policy. Items can be exchanged as long as the products are unused, odor-free and in the original packaging.
Please note: All shipping costs associated with the exchange process are the customer's responsibility.
Items purchased on a discount or sale of 20% or more are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange.
We value the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. We accept returns as long as the products are unused, odor-free and in the original packaging.

How to save on return shipping:
We can purchase return shipping labels on your behalf using our discounted shipping rates. We can then deduct the amount from your refund total. Read the FAQ below.
Yes, we get discounted rates with our shipping carriers, and we'll gladly pass the savings along to you.
We can share the shipping cost and purchase a return label at your request. The label cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
We will share the invoice of the label with you for full transparency.
We process returns within 3 business days of receiving the package. You will be notified via email once your refund is processed. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement.
If it has been 7 business days since your refund was processed and you cannot locate it on your bank statement, please email us at info@mominamodestwear.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Everything available on our website is available in our Calgary store. This includes Hijabs, Abayas & Dresses and Hijab Accessories.
We do not carry excess inventory at our retail store, so if something is sold out online, it's most likely sold out in-store as well.
