  • Shipping is free for all orders over $99 CAD.
  • There are no custom duties for Canadian orders.
  • Our canadian packages are shipped with UPS and ICS Courier.
  • All our packages are insured and come with a tracking number.
  • Shipping times depend on your location, but you can expect to receive your package between 3-7 business days.
  • Packages are shipped out next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped out on Monday or the next business day.
    • Please note that sometimes it can take up to 2 business days for order processing due to volume.
  • Expedited shipping is also available and starts at CAD $20+.

For Canadian orders with a value of less than $99, we charge a flat rate of $4.99.

  • All delivery time frames are based on business days and exclude any weekends or holidays. 
  • Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders may take up to 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • The customer is responsible to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.

LOST or STOLEN ITEM

Lost Package: All our packages are insured and come with a tracking number. If your package is lost during transit, please get in touch with us and we can get it sorted out for you.

Stolen Package: Once a package is successfully delivered to your address, we are not responsible for missing/stolen packages.
